Spiritual Direction is a conversation focused on helping the directee pay attention to God's personal communication with them and their response to God. Spiritual Direction focuses on the experiences that evoke the presence of the Divine in our lives and in the world around us.
Each session begins and ends with prayer; yet the 'content' of the session is completely up to the directee who leads the session while the director listens, reflects, and invites further questions and exploration from the directee.
Spiritual Direction can be a lifelong practice that ebbs and flows in frequency and intensity. However, it can be especially helpful to engage in Spiritual Direction during periods of discernment and change in one's personal, professional, and/or spiritual life.
Spiritual Direction is an ongoing relationship between director & directee. I request a minimum 3 month committment for new Spiritual Direction clients.

The labyrinth is an ancient archetypal symbol dating back more than 5000 years. While a maze is designed for you to lose your way ... the labyrinth is designed for you to find your way. The path meanders and turns, but there are no dead ends or multiple routes - in fact there is just one path always leading to the center and back out again. This truth allows us to focus on journeying the path and experiencing the metaphors that arise.
There is no correct way to experience a labyrinth.
And yet there are things to know and meaningful actions that can help create a rich experience with this ancient tool.
Incorporating the labyrinth as a spiritual & meditative practice can add meaningful depth to personal and corporate experiences. You can work with the labyrinth on its own or as part of a larger event. Let's connect and imagine how the labyrinth might be right for your needs!
